Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Agent to serve as a proficient intermediary in facilitating transactions between sellers and buyers. The ideal candidate should possess a deep passion for the real estate industry and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
• Face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
• Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
• Conducting viewings and follow up.
• Negotiating offers and contracts.
• Maintain regular contact with all clients.
