Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell properties from our partnered developers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.

2. Promote and sell properties from our partnered developers.

3. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process.

7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

9. Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

11. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

12. Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
