Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients highlighting property features and benefits.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, legal regulations, and new developments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of online property portals and marketing platforms.
Certification in real estate (e.g., RERA or equivalent) is a plus.
