Real Estate Sales Consultant - Luxury Branded Residences

Location:

Abu Dhabi (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

Salary:

AED 16K + Commission

Spinwell is partnering with a leading real estate developer to recruit a Sales Consultant for an exciting opportunity in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for selling branded, fully furnished residences, engaging with high-net-worth clients, and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives Provide top-tier customer service throughout the sales cycle Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

2-5 years of real estate sales experience At least 1-2 years of real estate experience in Dubai/Abu Dhabi Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and customer engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software Bachelor's degree (preferred)
