Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Provide expert advice on market trends, financing options, and legal requirements.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets, maximizing your commission potential.

Property Sourcing:

Identify and source new properties to add to our listings and provide clients with a range of options.

Lead Generation:

Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Offer exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries promptly, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Skills & Qualifications:

Real Estate Knowledge:

Previous experience or knowledge in real estate or sales is a plus, but not required--your passion to learn matters!

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to build relationships, effectively negotiate, and communicate with clients clearly and confidently.

Self-Motivated:

A results-driven individual who thrives in a performance-based environment and is motivated by earning potential.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using real estate platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Networking & Lead Generation:

Ability to generate leads and nurture client relationships using both traditional and digital methods.

Client-Centric:

Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and understanding the needs of clients.

Multilingual (Preferred):

Fluency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi, or English is a plus.
