About the Role:

Our client, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for dynamic, client-facing professionals with a strong sales background. If you have experience in real estate sales (minimum 1 year up to 10years) or B2B sales in industries like luxury retail, ERP sales, aviation (cabin crew), or similar, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive international business development efforts to generate high-value real estate sales. Build and maintain relationships with HNW and UHNW clients globally. Develop strategic partnerships and market insights to identify investment opportunities. Conduct client presentations, property tours, and negotiations. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and networking. Stay updated on real estate trends, laws, and investment opportunities in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience OR a strong B2B sales background in industries like luxury retail, ERP sales, aviation (cabin crew), etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong personality. Multilingual candidates are preferred; fluency in English is a must. Proven ability to close high-ticket sales deals and negotiate with international clients. Strong presentation and networking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
