We are seeking a professional Real Estate Sales Consultant to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for the real estate industry and a deep understanding of Dubai's Real Estate Market.
Responsibilities:
Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale.
Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts.
Face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
Conducting viewings and follow up.
Negotiating offers and contracts.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.
