As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert advice, market insights, and a seamless transaction experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Assist clients in the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions.
• Provide market analysis and insights to clients.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales professional (1 year(s) preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and real estate databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
