Position Overview:

We are currently looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed. As a Sales Agent at GFS Group of Companies, you will play a key role in driving our business forward, helping clients find their dream properties, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to determine property values.

Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts to clients.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

- Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.
