We are looking for international Real Estate Sales Agents (Ladies) to assist our diverse clientele. While previous real estate experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide guidance and assistance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and property values.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Fluent in Russian, Chinese, or American English (spoken and written).
- Preferred nationalities: Russian, European, Chinese, USA/Canada only
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
