- Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Creating and marketing comprehensive listings for secondary properties.
- Conducting property valuations and advising on pricing strategies.
- Scheduling and leading property showings, providing insights on neighborhoods and potential improvements.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Staying informed about market trends and generating regular reports.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Building strong relationships with industry professionals and providing top-notch customer service.
- A positive, friendly, and driven individual with a strong understanding of Dubai\'s real estate market.
- Fluent in English and another language (Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, or Indian).
- Must have a UAE driving license and a solid social media presence.
