- Negotiate deals in the best interest of the client, ensuring satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a diverse range of clients.
- Stay well-versed in current real estate market conditions, property availability, pricing, and regulations.
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and market trends.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and properties
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and agencies and sales team.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting. (At least 2 yrs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Chinese/Russian languages is highly preferred, along with fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property valuation.
- Residing in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
