1. Client Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Effectively communicate with clients in Arabic, English, or Russian to ensure a clear understanding of property options and the sales process.
2. Property Promotion:
- Promote and market real estate properties to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Create appealing property listings, including high-quality photos and comprehensive descriptions, in multiple languages.
3. Property Showings:
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the inspection process.
- Highlight property features and benefits to match client requirements.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Assist clients in making offers and negotiate terms of sale or lease.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met for a successful closing.
5. Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with local and international real estate market trends and property values.
- Provide clients with market analysis and insights to make informed decisions.
6. Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
7. Multilingual Support:
- Effectively communicate with clients in Arabic, English, and Russian throughout the entire sales process.
- Provide multilingual support for contract reviews, negotiations, and client inquiries.
8. Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the agency.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
