We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue growth through effective property sales strategies. Your primary role will involve interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying or selling process. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of the real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Role and Responsibility:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid Real Estate License issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- How many years of Sales in Real Estate experience do you have?
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- 2yrs Sales Agent in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fluent in English/Arabic is added Advantage (Preferred)
- Fluently in English (Preferred)
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
- Dubai Silicon Oasis (Preferred)
- 75% (Preferred)
