Assisting clients in purchasing, selling, and renting properties Advising clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters Promoting sales of properties through open houses, advertising, and participation in multiple listing services Comparing properties to determine fair and competitive market prices Preparing and submitting all required paperwork, including various contracts, agreements, and deeds Coordinating property closings and overseeing the signing of necessary documents Developing networks and cooperating with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors Communicating with clients to understand their property needs and preferences Conducting property tours and showing properties to potential buyers or lessees Continually stay updated with real estate laws and trends
