Duties and Responsibilities :
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding off-plan properties, showcasing project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through online marketing, networking events, and client referrals.
• Conduct property presentations and tours at project sites, ensuring clients understand the vision and potential of the property.
• Negotiate deals, ensuring a seamless process from inquiry to transaction.
• Stay up-to-date on off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer promotions to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Represent the company professionally, attending project launches and real estate events.
