REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT
(Target Salary: AED10,000)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent at Top3 Real Estate Broker in Dubai, UAE. The role involves property consultancy, leasing, and prioritizing in sales for both commercial and residential properties. The Sales Agent will work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer service and guide them through the property transactions. Specifically, bringing in investor/property owner for the company to manage.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages is a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Familiarity with Dubai's property market trends
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Real estate certification or license in Dubai
• Driving license is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
