Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
We are currently looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team and help clients find their dream properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property tours and provide in-depth knowledge about the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Negotiate deals and prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.).
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and developments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
