Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent with a specialization in off-plan properties to join our British team. The ideal candidate will have a strong pipeline of clients, proven experience in selling off-plan developments, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach.

- Off-Plan Sales: Specialize in the sale of off-plan properties, providing clients with comprehensive information about upcoming developments, pricing, and investment opportunities.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

- Client Consultation: Understand the needs and preferences of clients and match them with suitable off-plan developments.

- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing and closing.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to stay informed about new projects and inventory availability.

- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with client's post-sale to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a focus on off-plan properties preferred.

- Established client pipeline with a track record of successful sales.

- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan regulations and trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A valid UAE real estate license is a bonus
