Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Broker to join our team, focusing on new developments and off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury real estate sales and a deep understanding of Dubai's property market, particularly in the new and off-plan sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients interested in new and off-plan properties

Stay informed about upcoming developments and off-plan projects in Dubai

Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers

Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients

Provide expert advice on investment opportunities in new developments

Collaborate with developers to secure exclusive listings and favourable terms for clients

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and regulations

Prepare and present detailed market analysis and property valuations

Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations

Contribute to the agency's marketing effortsfor new and off-plan properties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on new developments and off-plan properties
• Valid RERA certification
• Extensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and upcoming developments
• Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and investors
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English; other language skills in Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Spanish are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, Market platforms and Microsoft Office suite
