Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent with a minimum of 3 years of proven success in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of local market trends, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and competition.
• Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Attend open houses and property viewings to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay current on industry regulations, best practices, and market developments.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate sales agent.
