Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in buying, selling, residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research and develop marketing plans to attract buyers.
• Showcase properties and negotiate agreements on behalf of clients.
• Guide clients through property inspections, financing, and closing procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on real estate laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven Experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving sales goals.
• Flexible schedule, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
