Responsibilities

1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.

2. Conduct property viewings, tours, and presentations for potential buyers and tenants.

3. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the Dubai real estate market, property investment opportunities, and property valuation.

4. Negotiate sales and rental agreements, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.

6. Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market in Dubai.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

3. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, regulations, and market trends.

4. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.

6. UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.

7. Russian language is necessary.
