FMP Homes is a leading real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are committed to providing exceptional service and creating lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Agent.
Client Consultation:
• Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.
• Provide clients with insights into current market conditions and property values.
Property Listings:
• List properties on MLS and other relevant platforms.
• Create appealing property descriptions and visuals (photos, videos, virtual tours).
Marketing and Lead Generation:
• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Utilize social media, email campaigns, and other marketing tools to generate leads.
Property Showings:
• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Highlight key features and benefits of properties.
Negotiation:
• Assist clients in negotiating the terms of sale, purchase, or lease.
• Prepare and submit offers on behalf of clients.
Transaction Management:
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals.
• Ensure all transaction documents are prepared and reviewed accurately.
• Track deadlines to ensure timely progression to closing.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain relationships with past clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Provide post-transaction support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research:
• Stay informed on market trends and property values.
• Conduct comparative market analysis.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Valid real estate license in the state of operation.
• Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
