Real Estate (Sales Agent)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on property investments and market trends.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other industry stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and any other relevant languages spoken in the local market
• Candidate must be in UAE for an in-person interview.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai's market or UAE
• Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property types.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic and Persian is a plus.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate/meet for effectively and close deals successfully.
• Degree/diploma: Must have
• Language : Fluent in English, Arabic is optional

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
