Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies

Conduct consultation with clients to determine their real estate needs and preferences.

Show properties to potential buyers and guide them through the purchasing process

Negotiate offers and effectively communicate with clients, lender, and other parties involved in real estate transaction

Stay current on local market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Proven track record of sales success in real estate or related field

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self- motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
