Real Estate Sales Agent
Job Description
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
• At least 2 year of experience specifically in real estate sales within Dubai.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and regulations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify leads.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends.
• Present properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork.
• Maintain client relationships through follow-ups.
