Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and tours with potential buyers.

• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and prospecting activities.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.
• Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Real Estate Broker preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local real estate market dynamics and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
