Contract length: 6 months Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month Expected hours: 4 per week

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and property values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and other real estate agents.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate laws and regulations.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions.
- Market properties through various channels, including social media, online listings, and direct marketing.
- Proven experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
