We are Hiring the following position: - 1) Sales agents off plan Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in Dubai Real Estate
- Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially the off-plan sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
- English / Arabic Speakers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments
- Provide clients with in-depth market insights and trends.
- Consult with clients to understand their real estate investment objectives and lifestyle requirements.
- Offer expert advice on suitable off-plan properties.
- Showcase off-plan properties, highlighting unique features and investment potential.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial client contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate community
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions
- Marketing support.
- Quality Leads and CRM system.
- Advertising on major portals.
- Strong administrative support.
