As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential buyers, and facilitating property sales. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, online listings, and property showings.
Present and sell residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties to potential clients. Provide expert advice on available properties that meet client needs and preferences.
Meet with clients to assess their property requirements, guide them through the property options, and ensure their expectations are met.
Provide exceptional after-sales service, address client concerns, and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property brokerage. Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
