Renting, Selling and Buying of Apartments, plots and Villas.
Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
Making cold calls and giving details of the property.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to interested parties.
Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts.
Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and changes in regulations.
Manage property listings and ensure they are effectively marketed.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on buying and selling properties
