H & S Real Estate is looking for Experienced, Talented & Competent Real Estate professionals for our Ajman office. Job requirements and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge & Experience in Ajman Real Estate Market.
- Excellent communications and networking skills.
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
- Updated knowledge about Ajman & UAE real estate market.
- Driving License and car is a must.
- Proven track record of Sales.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willing to grow within the company in the long-term run
- The ability to come up with new alternative plans based on the market changes.
- Commission based job
- Brokers are welcome from all nationalities
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE Real estate: 1 year (Required)
- driving license (Required)
