Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and pursue property sales opportunities, ensuring clients' needs are met with suitable listings. Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, nurturing long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct property showings, presentations, and consultations to showcase features and benefits. Negotiate sales terms and conditions, achieving successful transactions while ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay informed on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, providing clients with accurate and up-to-date insights. Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and brokers to access exclusive listings and negotiate deals for clients. Use marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, including online platforms and offline channels. Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, including contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven track record in real estate sales or similar roles, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
