We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to excel in the dynamic real estate market. No prior experience is required--we will provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell premium real estate properties to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
• Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, pricing, and developments.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in meeting and interacting with new people.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage.
