Position Overview:
A Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This role involves interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and available listings. The agent plays a key role in facilitating negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, presenting features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare contracts, documents, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Actively prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, market developments, and industry best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid real estate license (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
