Job Description

Property Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of real estate sales agents, forecasting, developing & executing sales strategies, and ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets are met. The role requires an experienced manager with a passion for real estate, strong networking skills and in depth UAE market knowledge and the ability to guide and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of sales agents, setting individual targets and providing regular coaching to maximize their potential.

Execute the sales plan to promote and sell the company's real estate portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction and repeat business.

Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, client referrals, and industry events.

Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales initiatives and generate qualified leads.

Conduct regular market research to stay informed on competitors, pricing, and real estate trends.

Facilitate the negotiation and closing of property sales, ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Monitor and analyse sales performance, preparing reports for the Sales Director and providing insights into sales trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure the sales team maintains high ethical standards and complies with local real estate laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Real Estate.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its regulatory environment.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Valid UAE driving license.

Proficient in English language.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
