Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, assist in property search, guide them through negotiations, and provide expert advice throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget regarding buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Property Search & Presentation: Assist clients in finding properties that meet their criteria, schedule showings, and present properties.
• Market Analysis: Provide clients with data-driven insights on current market trends, property values, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the deal.
• Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts to build a strong client base.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring clear communication and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
• Follow-up & Closing: Maintain contact with clients throughout the transaction, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. Assist in ensuring timely closing of deals.
Qualifications:
• Valid Abu Dhabi Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role is a plus (at least 1 year)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with real estate databases, CRM software, and online listing platforms
Preferred Skills:
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules
• Knowledge of property management and leasing is an asset
