Job Summary :
We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a motivated individual passionate about real estate and eager to maximize their income potential by leveraging sales and negotiation skills. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in property transactions, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities :
• Client Engagement : Identify and engage with potential buyers, sellers, and renters through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Property Sales & Leasing : Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Guide them through the entire process, from viewing properties to finalizing the sale.
• Market Research : Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and competitive developments within Abu Dhabi. Provide clients with insights to make informed decisions.
• Client Advisory : Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored property options, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Networking : Build and maintain a robust network of property owners, investors, developers, and brokers to drive continuous business opportunities.
• Documentation & Compliance : Manage and oversee necessary paperwork, contracts, and regulatory compliance in all transactions.
• Achieve Sales Targets : Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management team.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and its regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
