Real Estate Sales Agent
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced real estate sales agent with a minimum of two years of proven success in the UAE market. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
•Key Responsibilities: •
• Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information about properties, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Prepare and present offers to clients, facilitate negotiations, and close sales in a timely manner.
•Requirements:•
• Minimum of two years of experience as a real estate sales agent in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including property types, locations, and pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
