We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in the UAE. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a basic salary plus commission. Responsibilities:
Prospect potential clients and leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients, providing them with detailed information about the properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Coordinate property closings, ensuring all necessary documents are in order and facilitating a smooth transaction process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, marketing professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role in the UAE real estate market.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Compensation:
Basic salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Commission: Generous commission structure based on sales performance, providing significant earning potential.
