We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team with a competitive commision basis. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and close successful real estate transactions. Responsibilities: - Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Updating the leads in a timely manner in the CRM. - Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. - Provide expert advice and guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities. - Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters. - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes. - Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns. - Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. - Checking and Understanding your listing that has been assigned to you from Property finder, Bayut and other platforms Requirements: - One Year Minimum experience in real estate Sale in Abu Dhabi or other regions of UAE - Valid driving license - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
