Job Title: Real Estate Resale Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Resale Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process for resale properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for providing top-notch client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable resale properties. Provide professional advice on the current market trends and resale property options.
• Property Listings: Manage and maintain a portfolio of resale properties, ensuring each listing is up-to-date and accurately represented. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and appeal.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to keep up-to-date with property values, trends, and competitors. Provide insights to clients on pricing, investments, and potential resale value.
• Sales and Negotiation: Facilitate and manage the buying and selling process, from initial contact to closing. Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Documentation and Compliance: Handle all relevant paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations for property transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate, with a focus on resale properties.
• Licensing: Valid real estate license or certification (if applicable in the region).
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in resale.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Sales Skills: Proven negotiation skills and a successful sales track record.
• Technology: Proficiency in CRM software, property management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
