We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Property Consultant to join us in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to comprehend their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Provide personalised property recommendations based on client requirements. Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory changes. Conduct comparative market analysis to determine appropriate property pricing for sale or rent. Advise clients on potential investment opportunities, considering market dynamics.
• Property Showings: Arrange property viewings for potential buyers or renters. Showcase properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Transaction Management: Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of property transactions. Coordinate with legal and financial professionals (attorneys, mortgage brokers) for smooth closings.
• Client Support: Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide expert advice on property maintenance, renovation, and value enhancement.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all property transactions. Maintain organised records of client interactions, transactions, and properties.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including other real estate professionals, developers, and service providers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai rental market
• Basic connections with building management, security guards, and other agents
• Basic knowledge of Dubai areas
• Willing to work on a 50% commission basis
• Ability to close at least 5 to 10 rentals every month
• Freshers who are willing to be coached and learn are welcome
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
