: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Recruiter Specialist to join our team immediately. The Real Estate Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent, and managing the hiring needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and sales. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to management as needed.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must meet the required target monthly hiring brokers.
Must have good followers on Social Media Account, eg. Instagram , LinkedIn
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruitment in REAL ESTATE.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Immediate availability to join the company.
