Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services and properties.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference/meeting room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing assistance and support as needed.
Office Management:
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for office maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in organizing company events or gatherings.
Qualifications
• Required: 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist/administrative role within the real estate industry, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages, especially Arabic, are advantageous.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
