As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Property Listing Specialist to join our team and pioneer our listing department.

: We are seeking a highly motivated Female Arabic-Speaking Property Listing Specialist with at least one year of experience in property listing and handling both manual and software-driven listing processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing listings on property platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and PropertyFinder. As a startup, we value adaptability and a willingness to learn, as you will play a crucial role in organizing and optimizing our listing department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, PropertyFinder, and others.
• Create compelling and accurate property descriptions for advertising and postings.
• Ensure all property listings are up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and engagement.
• Develop and implement efficient listing processes and strategies.
• Assist in organizing and structuring the listing department from the ground up.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in property listing and real estate marketing.
• Handle listing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, fluent in Arabic.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in property listing.
• Familiarity with property listing platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, PropertyFinder) is a must; experience with all three is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and professional English.
• Strong content creation skills for advertising and posting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
