Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Property Consultant specializing in the Secondary Market (resale properties) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, with a strong network of property owners, investors, and clients. The consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties, ensuring the best deals, seamless transactions, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors, offering tailored advice and solutions.
• Property Listings: Actively source secondary market listings (apartments, villas, commercial spaces, etc.) through networking and client referrals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, legal regulations, and market competition to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
• Sales and Leasing: Assist clients with property sales, purchases, and rentals, conducting viewings, negotiations, and finalizing transactions.
• Documentation and Contracts: Handle all paperwork related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and other regulatory authorities.
• Negotiations: Negotiate the best deals for clients, ensuring fair pricing and terms for both buyers and sellers.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain long-term client relationships and referrals.
• Property Valuation: Advise clients on property valuations and market conditions to help them make informed decisions.
• Marketing: Promote listings through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and internal CRM systems.
• Networking: Participate in industry events, expos, and real estate gatherings to expand professional network and stay competitive in the market.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in real estate, with a focus on the secondary market in Dubai.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and the secondary market landscape.
• License: Valid RERA certification (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is an advantage.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of successful transactions.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and social media marketing.
• Driver's License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
