Kindly note it's a commission-based role, no basic salary.

fam Properties is seeking experienced Real Estate experts to join our growing teams.

:

• Develop own property commercial market knowledge through research; competitor analysis, property market direction, specific location prices.
• Ensure the best possible service is provided to clients.
• Attend to leads received from online portals, team coordinator rotation list, marketing campaigns, requesting referrals from existing clients, as well as other external agencies for potential shared deals.
• Continuously build relationships with commercial and residential building staff (security guards, facilities managers etc.) to source and develop new business opportunities.
• Work with Marketing for new projects to ensure the best platform and visuals to advertise.
• Solicit and compile listings of sale and/or rental properties.
• Obtain leads and meet with clients to understand their requirements.
• Obtain and verify all documents required from clients as per fam Properties' policies and procedures.
• Utilise additional selling tactics to pitch exclusivity, as well as internal cross-sell to Property Management, Snagging, Interior Design and Holiday Homes departments.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years Dubai Real Estate experience
• Successful proven track record
• Specialized area knowledge
• RERA broker ID
• Driving license and own vehicle
