Photographer & Videography Vacancy

DNL Properties is seeking a talented Photographer & Videographer to join our dynamic team!

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for capturing and creating high-quality visual content that represents our brand and projects. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of photography and videography assignments, including property shoots, event coverage, promotional videos, and marketing materials. Your work will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of DNL Properties and driving our marketing efforts forward

Responsibilities:

- Photography & Videography: Capture stunning visuals that highlight the unique features of our properties, events, and branding.

- Editing & Post-Production: Work with industry-leading software to edit and refine photos and videos, ensuring they meet company standards.

- Collaborative Projects: Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to create impactful visual content for online platforms, print materials, and promotional campaigns.

- Creative Direction: Contribute your creative vision to help shape the overall look and feel of our content, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand.

- Social Media Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of visual content for DNL Properties' social media channels, engaging with followers, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality posts that enhance the company's online presence and brand image

- Equipment Management: Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order and ready for shoots.

Requirement:

- Proven Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, ideally in real estate, property management, or related fields.

- Strong Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of photography and videography projects, with a focus on real estate or branding content.

- Expert Knowledge of Editing Software: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools for photo and video editing.

- Social Media Savvy: Experience managing and curating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), with a strong understanding of best practices for engaging audiences and growing an online presence.

- Creative Vision: Strong sense of creativity and ability to generate fresh, original ideas for visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for composition, lighting, color correction, and overall quality of visuals, ensuring all content is polished and meets high standards.

- Technical Expertise: Proficient in the use of DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography/videography tools. Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and understand project objectives.

- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules, environments, and client needs, ensuring smooth execution of photoshoots and videography projects.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in photography, film, media production, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
